About Dr. Whitten
Dr. Whitten values using his knowledge and experience to help others. At present, he is the Clinical Instructor of the Medical School and Residency Program at University of Illinois at Peoria, and has lectured extensively over the years. He is also the Medical Director for the Proctor Sleep Disorders Center, the Asthma Institute of Illinois and the Illinois Central College Respiratory Therapy Program.
